Coffee Seasonality February 17 2015

Treat your coffee as produce and you will have great results. Exposure to air is one of the many enemies to coffee freshness. We have long been misled to think that of we just vacuum seal the coffee and make a brick out of it the coffee will stay fresh indefinitely. Ground coffee should be brewed within 15 minutes of grinding for best taste. When we treat coffee as produce and recognize its seasonality and harvest cycles we can then have a full, delicious coffee experience.
