Since the first coffee beans were roasted there has been a constant debate over coffee: good or bad, healthy or unhealthy. It seems coffee has received a clean bill of health. "The U.S. Department of Agriculture now agrees that coffee doesn't deserve its dark history and moderate consumption can be incorporated into a healthy lifestyle” according to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.
